"Execution error" trying to run compiled VBScript

Post by ED » Sat Mar 15, 2008 7:32 pm

Windows tell me this when I try to run the compiled example

An error ocured executing VBScript Example.exe executable

this is the logfile

Code: Select all

<xml>
<DATABASE>
<EXE>
    <MATCHING_FILE>
</EXE>
<EXE>
    <MATCHING_FILE>
</EXE>
</DATABASE>
I don't seem to be able to run compiled scripts that hold VBSCRIPT code

I did not install msched but use a folder-copy of a previous installation
then I compiled VBScript Example.scp
:?

You need to install Macro Scheduler with the installer before you can compile EXEs. Which version of Macro Scheduler are you using? Do a full install.

No software installed other than

CANNOT Run "VBScript Example.exe"
after compile "VBScript Example.scp"

That one was compiled with version 10.023.

Try this one which was compiled with 8.1:
