Macro Scheduler will not run

Post by TheSkubb » Tue Jul 09, 2013 2:45 pm

I am running the trial version of 14 from a remote system that runs xp and have not been able to open up the program. When I double click the shortcut I get a quick load indication on the mouse but nothing appears on screen or in the toolbar. Same thing goes when I use run. Any thoughts or suggestions?

It usually starts hidden in the system tray. Do you see the icon in the system tray?

If you check Windows Task Manager you should find "msched.exe" running.

Explain in more detail

Is there any security software running that may be blocking msched.exe?

I have gone to my boss and apparently it was just that. Programs that I have installed were being blocked by the company due to me not being an administrator. All things are working now thank you all for the help
