"Stop and reset at/after" not being adhered to

Post by kh_kevin » Thu Jan 16, 2014 1:41 am

i'm having some strange behavior with the scheduler and was wondering if i am doing something wrong or what.

i have a script that is set to run at 18:00, repeat every 10 minutes, and when repeating stop and reset at/after 23:55. however when i come into the office in the morning, i find that the script has been running all night (and is still running every 10 min)!

the weird thing is that it doesn't happen all the time; this time only the last couple days. i've reset the settings each morning but it still continuously repeats. are there any other settings that could be causing the stop time to be ignored?

edit: also, the recovery option is the default, "run macro at next calculated start time"

Could you send your macros12.dat file to the helpdesk for us to check out. Also, could there be anything interrupting the execution of the scheduler, e.g. Power saving?

Did you know we are now offering affordable monthly subscriptions for Macro Scheduler Standard?

i rebooted my computer and the problem has fixed itself now. but this wasn't the first time it's happened. should i still send you the file or wait until next time it gets caught in the never-ending loop?
