Odd. Definitely works for me. If you get that then the download manager has not been installed.

I just tried re-installing MS, but still get the same results.
Also, once this message is displayed, MS hangs no matter what I choose to do with the file. I can stop the debugger, but can't close the Editor window. I have to kill the mssched.exe in task manager.

This was working until recently.
My Windows 10 machines (64-bit) have all received the "Creators Update" from Microsoft and now Download Manager no longer works (even when running Macro Scheduler as Admin).
I'm back to getting this:
Is anyone else having this issue?

Same issue here. I'm having a hard time working out what Microsoft has changed. I see they've done something regarding VBScript execution in IE11 but can't see anything related to download managers. I will keep digging.
