Unable to Load Text Capture Library

Greetings! My operating system is Windows 7 Professional. My version of Macro Scheduler is 11.1.06 March 2009. When my macro encounters the instruction

GetTextInRect>129,232,157,240,strText

I get the message 'Unable to Load Text Capture Library'

When I run the same macro under Windows Vista (again using Macro Scheduler 11.1.06 March 2009), it works perfectly.

Any ideas anyone?

I'm not sure if this is helpful, but I don't think version 11 was designed for windows 7. I think you have to go to Version 12 to use with windows 7.
