Hello,

I try to record a web site http://www.airtransat.nl/nl/index.aspx

When i clik the Von selection i have Accès refusé

XP service pack 3 (french version)
IE8

I don't know what IE Versions have what.

Make sure that protected mode is off (if it has it)

and that you have enabled programatic browsing.

you'll also need to make sure you have the imports directory and the IEAUTO.dll and IEAuto.ini in the directory.

My problem is to setup Internet explorer 8 to work with the Webrecorder.
I try to enable everything i can and still not working.
Anybody have IE8 and know exacthly what to change?

We use WebRecorder with IE8 regularly. The setup requirements are the same for IE8 as with IE9 and IE10.

- Disable Protected Mode
- Enable "Allow Scripting of Web Browser Control"
- If running Windows Server you may need to disable IE ESC

That should be it.

The parameters are ok.

The most important I has recorded successfully our sale Websites with macro scheduler pro.

Do you have any idea why the tool specialized WebRecoder does not work properly?

I think it is a "cross site scripting" security issue. The form is in an iframe and hosted on a different sub domain. Probably not much we can do, but you could try writing code to manipulate it manually. It may just be the recording of it that fails.
