Can anyone advise if Macro Scheduler uses or overwrites the EHLAPI32 file?
I have an issue where our Java based customer profiling system generates the below error whenever it tries to transfer to a mainframe session. EHLAPI32 is part of IBM Personal Communications.
GioBaseException: External session error: Ehllapi - Cannot locate a mainframe Session. This may be caused by the current mainframe screen. Connect status: 1
I guess I am trying to eliminate Macro Scheduler from the list of programs that may be causing this error.
We are using Macro ver 7.3.11.4
error with EHLAPI32.dll

I can confirm that Macro Scheduler has nothing to do with this file, and does nothing with it.

Not sure what your real question is here ... Macro Scheduler doesn't have anything to do with this "IBM Personal Communication mainframe emulator" out of the box and has no use of any API built in. But if you are asking "Can I write a script with Macro Scheduler to use this API?" then the answer MIGHT be Yes, depending on how this API is implemented. What API does Macro Scheduler use to interface with the IBM Personal Communication mainframe emulator?
No, Macro Scheduler doesn't have anything to do with this IBM tool or use any API inherently. But that doesn't necessarily mean a script can't be written WITH Macro Scheduler to use/automate it.Does Macro Scheduler use the Ehllapi API Interface that comes with IBM Personal Communications? If so, how?
Perhaps you can explain what you are trying to achieve? Are you trying to automate this emulator?
