I need to know when my business bank accounts balances fall below a certain amount and action it.
Can any of these products here 'understand' numerical values on a bank website (must be 100% accurate of course and foolproof) and act on it. Maybe send me an email or even better - transfer money into these accounts.

You should test the GetText commands in Macro Scheduler. The "100%" accuracy will depend on many things, but you should be able to write some redundancy into your code which will make the "reading" of the data quite dependable.
Of course, once you have the data captured correctly, you could have our products take any action you like.
