Can't decide if Macro Scheduler is for you? Read this.

Post by Dorian (MJT support) » Sat Jan 16, 2010 11:54 pm

Let me start off by saying I am not affiliated with MJT.

I used to frequent these boards a lot, a few years ago, but took time to bring up my kids. Well, I'm back now, and looking forward to getting to grips with my business again.

It's nice to see some old names are still here (Bob Hansen, for one!).

Anyhow. I first bought Macro Scheduler over a decade ago. I wasn't sure about it at the time, but it was worth the risk. It wasn't long before I was churning out macros and saving myself countless man hours on a daily basis. Not bad, coming from a "non-programmer". I tried all the competitors, and it was absolutely the best out there.

I feel this needs to be said, in a world where we hear so much about online sharks, and scams, and companies who take your money and offer no support. Marcus (the man behind MJT) has been a pleasure to do business with. His support is second to none, honest, quick and helpful.

It is a pleasure to see an honest business thrive under the direction of such a hard working individual. I'm writing this because I appreciate and value what I have gained from MJT, and assure you I have nothing to gain from it.

A little part of me hopes Marcus stickies this message, but I know he won't, because he is a pretty modest guy. But trust me, if you decide to take the plunge and purchase Macro Scheduler, you won't be sorry.

I think the world needs to know that Macro Scheduler is the most valuable piece of software I have bought.

Hi Horoscopes2000,

Well said... I couldn't agree more.

In Reputation Points Awarded Retrospectively, I recall you were one of the Top Ten posters so thank you for your past contributions and welcome back.

Wow, I must admit I feel quite proud of that achievement.

I look forward to re-learning MS and discovering all the exciting new things it has to offer. It was amazing 10 years ago, so i'm pretty excited to see how it's improved!!

Now all I need is to make it plant my seeds in Farmville. ;o)

You're probably kidding... but if you get anything working, please post it. There are a LOT of people spending a lot of time in Facebook and Farmville is super popular. Who knows, a working Farmville Seed Planter script might cause a lot more folks to discover Macro Scheduler... a good thing for all of us. :D

Thanks for your support, guys.

I can't promise anything, as i am not the best at this by a long chalk, but if i come up with anything Farmville related I'll be sure to post it. In fact if I ever came up with anything I thought useful I'd post it here, and now I am back I'll do the same again.

I realize that although i am not the best, there are always people out there who are less experienced than me, so my little snippets may save them some time or headaches.

Sadly, I have to start from scratch, as I lost over 200 macros and routines in a HD crash :(

I now have 1 macro.
