Re: getting error when use image capturing wizard
Searching the forum I found several instances where this error was reported including one by me back in July of 2013. In my case the issue popped up after a Macro Scheduler update. The error occurred in a script that had been running successfully every day for a few years. My solution was to close Macro Scheduler and restart it. I have never seen the error again and that script still runs every day.

I tried those option like restarting the macro but no progress & getting same error like file already exists. Why only image recognition wizard having problem? Is there I am missing something.

I never did get to the bottom of this and it is very rare - In fact I think you were the only person ever to report it?

Sorry, I mis read the post - I was referring to JRL as being the only person to report it.
It obviously thinks some file exists. The question is what file. I wonder if it is a temporary file problem? It's certainly odd and very rare. Can you email support and we'll see if we can set up a screen share session and see what we can figure out. Use the contact form at: https://www.mjtnet.com/contact.htm

Re: getting error when use image capturing wizard
Issue resolved.
It was issue with the remote desktop application I am using to access client test box. remote application does not emulate all permission, client was given to that rdc user.
So I am closing this thread
